About WishCare
Co-founded by Stuti, Ankit, and Ayush Kothari, WishCare started with one simple idea, make beauty products that actually work. A few years later, it's one of India's most recognisable beauty brands.
Today, WishCare is a ₹300 crore ARR brand, backed by Unilever Ventures, trusted by 5 million+ customers, and growing 10x in under 18 months. Their products, hair serums, sunscreens, skincare, cover the full routine, and have found loyal customers well beyond India.
WishCare is actively exporting to the UAE, USA, and Southeast Asia, moving real volume across borders, collecting payments from buyers around the world. At that scale, international payments stop being a back-office problem. They become abusiness-critical one.

The Problem
International payments are not the same as domestic ones. For an exporter like WishCare, money moving across borders comes with real operational pain:
No visibility into money movement
Payments from multiple geographies sat in different accounts and intermediaries. There was no single view, they were always chasing to know where the money was.
Slow settlements hurting cash flow
With international wire transfers taking 5–7 business days, capital was perpetually locked up. For a brand investing in inventory and marketing, this was a constant drag.
Compliance complexity
Cross border payments in India come with FEMA, RBI and export compliance requirements. Managing this manually was time consuming and error prone
Friction for International buyers
International buyers want to pay the way they are used to- local payment methods, local currencies. Wire transfers are clunky and create drop offs.
We were always in the dark about where our international payments were. Infinity gave us a single view and control we never had, and getting our money the next day changed how we plan our business entirely.

What Infinity solved:
Infinity's global accounts solution gave WishCare four things they didn't have before:
1) Complete control over money
A single dashboard showing every payment flow, incoming collections, settlement status, and balance, across all markets. No more guessing. No more chasing banks.
2) 1- day settlement
International payments settled to Wishcare’s account within 1 business day, freeing up capital to reinvest in inventory and growth, not wait for the banks.
3) Built in compliance
FEMA, RBI guidelines, export documentation, all handled within the platform automatically. WishCare's team doesn't think about this anymore. They don't have to.
4) Local payment methods for global buyers.
Buyers across markets can now pay in their own currency using familiar local methods. The friction is gone. The drop-off is gone with it.

About Abhay
Abhay Shenoy is 20 years old, based in Gurugram, and makes videos for a living, for clients who aren't always in the same country, timezone, or currency.
Through Tastefully, his creative practice, Abhay works with international founders and brands on video content that actually has a point of view. The work is good. The clients keep coming back. And for a while, the payments were quietly making the whole thing harder than it needed to be.

The Problem
Loss on every transaction On every international payment received, 4–5% would be deducted, not as a clearly stated fee, but embedded in the exchange rate. On a ₹1.5 lakh project, that amounts to ₹6,000–7,500 lost per transaction, with no visibility into where it went.
Delayed settlements Payments from international clients would take anywhere between 4 to 7 days to reflect in the account. For a freelancer managing cash flow independently, this delay directly impacted the ability to pay for tools, software, and project-related expenses on time.
Compliance with no support Receiving foreign income comes with its own documentation requirements, FIRA certificates, GST filings on export income, and more. Without a dedicated accountant or prior experience navigating these regulations, compliance was a recurring source of friction and uncertainty.
The Solution
Zero FX markup, flat 0.5% fee
Infinity charges a flat 0.5% transaction fee with no markup on the exchange rate. The amount received mirrors what the client sends, a difference that was apparent from the very first transaction.
Same-day settlements
Payments reflect in the account within 24 hours of the client transferring funds.
Compliance handled automatically
Infinity generates FIRA certificates automatically and takes care of the documentation required for foreign income in India. There is no need to engage a CA or navigate compliance requirements independently, it is built into the process.
“
I don't think about payments anymore. I think about the work.
“
The Impact
The financial difference was immediate. But the bigger shift was attention. Before Infinity, some part of Abhay's week was always spent chasing payment status, converting screenshots into proof, or quietly wondering if a delayed transfer meant something had gone wrong.
That's not creative work. That's dead weight.
Now, a client pays. Abhay gets a notification. The rupees are there by morning.
