About WishCare

Co-founded by Stuti, Ankit, and Ayush Kothari, WishCare started with one simple idea, make beauty products that actually work. A few years later, it's one of India's most recognisable beauty brands.

Today, WishCare is a ₹300 crore ARR brand, backed by Unilever Ventures, trusted by 5 million+ customers, and growing 10x in under 18 months. Their products, hair serums, sunscreens, skincare, cover the full routine, and have found loyal customers well beyond India.

WishCare is actively exporting to the UAE, USA, and Southeast Asia, moving real volume across borders, collecting payments from buyers around the world. At that scale, international payments stop being a back-office problem. They become abusiness-critical one.

The Problem

International payments are not the same as domestic ones. For an exporter like WishCare, money moving across borders comes with real operational pain:

  1. No visibility into money movement

Payments from multiple geographies sat in different accounts and intermediaries. There was no single view, they were always chasing to know where the money was.

  1. Slow settlements hurting cash flow

With international wire transfers taking 5–7 business days, capital was perpetually locked up. For a brand investing in inventory and marketing, this was a constant drag.

  1. Compliance complexity

Cross border payments in India come with FEMA, RBI and export compliance requirements. Managing this manually was time consuming and error prone

  1. Friction for International buyers

International buyers want to pay the way they are used to- local payment methods, local currencies. Wire transfers are clunky and create drop offs.

We were always in the dark about where our international payments were. Infinity gave us a single view and control we never had, and getting our money the next day changed how we plan our business entirely.

What Infinity solved:

Infinity's global accounts solution gave WishCare four things they didn't have before:

1) Complete control over money
A single dashboard showing every payment flow, incoming collections, settlement status, and balance, across all markets. No more guessing. No more chasing banks.

2) 1- day settlement

International payments settled to Wishcare’s account within 1 business day, freeing up capital to reinvest in inventory and growth, not wait for the banks.

3) Built in compliance

FEMA, RBI guidelines, export documentation, all handled within the platform automatically. WishCare's team doesn't think about this anymore. They don't have to.

4) Local payment methods for global buyers.
Buyers across markets can now pay in their own currency using familiar local methods. The friction is gone. The drop-off is gone with it.

The Outcome:

WishCare went from a fragmented, slow, compliance-heavy international payments setup to a clean, centralized system where every rupee coming from overseas is tracked, settled fast, and fully compliant, from day one.

For a brand growing at the pace WishCare is, that's not a nice-to-have. It's the foundation the business runs on.
