Are there account opening monthly or annual fees

Opening an Infinity account is free according to the support FAQ. Infinity’s global-payments page also states that there are no monthly or annual fees for the standard service described there.

Transaction charges still apply when you use a paid payment method. For example, the published bank-transfer and card schedules are different, so a free account is not the same as fee-free payment processing.

Before using an additional product, a special arrangement, or a new payment route, check any terms and pricing shown for that service. Do not assume the standard account-opening statement covers every future product or external platform charge.

If you see an unexpected account-level charge, contact support with the date, amount, and the description on the record. Ask the team to explain the charge before treating it as part of the normal transaction fee.
