Are there hidden charges

Infinity’s standard global-payments pricing is advertised as transparent, with no hidden fees or FX markup. Check the final fee and conversion details so you know what Infinity will deduct for the selected service.

Costs outside Infinity can still arise. A client’s sending bank may charge for a transfer, an intermediary may deduct a charge on some wire routes, a marketplace may charge a withdrawal fee, or a card issuer may charge its cardholder.

Before payment, agree the intended invoice amount and ask the sender to review the charges shown by their provider. Before withdrawal, review Infinity’s net settlement estimate.

If you receive less than expected, compare the invoice, amount sent, amount received, applicable Infinity fee, and conversion rate. Contact support with the relevant references if the difference cannot be explained. Avoid describing every shortfall as an FX markup without checking the record.
