How long receiving and settlement take

Payment timing has two parts: the time for the sender’s bank or platform to deliver funds, and the time for the eligible payment to be processed and settled to your Indian bank account.

Infinity’s support FAQ describes INR receipt within 1–2 business days. Other Infinity product pages advertise one-day settlement. These descriptions should not be treated as a promise that every bank transfer or card payment reaches your Indian account within 24 hours of the client clicking Pay.

The payment route, sender processing, bank holidays, cut-off times, and requests for documents can affect the journey. Card payments can follow a different settlement schedule from bank transfers.

Open Transactions and check the latest completed stage. If the expected timeline has passed, contact support with the amount, currency, sender reference, initiation date, and invoice or transaction ID. Ask the payer to confirm that the transfer was completed rather than merely scheduled.
