How to download account ownership proof

Account ownership proof helps a client or platform verify the receiving account associated with your Infinity profile. It is different from proof that a particular payment has arrived.

1. Open Global accounts.

2. Select the currency account whose details you plan to share.

3. Find Account ownership proof below the account information.

4. Select its download icon and save the document.

5. Check that the account and beneficiary information match the details you are giving the client.

Share the document only with the client, platform, or finance team that needs it for payment setup. Do not substitute the document for an invoice, receipt, or FIRA.

If the download is missing, fails, or shows outdated information, contact support. Include the account currency and explain what needs correcting. Do not manually edit the proof; request an updated official document.
