How to check the bank holiday calendar

Bank holidays can affect when a payment is sent, processed, or settled. A payment can pass through more than one banking system, so an overseas holiday may matter even when banks in India are open.

1. Sign in to Infinity and select the calendar icon in the top bar.

2. Check the dates and countries or currencies available in the calendar.

3. Review the relevant dates before you agree a payment deadline with your client.

4. Allow for the payer’s own bank processing schedule and any additional verification time.

A calendar tells you about planned closures; it does not provide a guaranteed arrival time for an individual transaction. Use Transactions to check actual progress.

If a holiday appears relevant to a delayed payment, contact support with the transaction reference. If a country or date is not listed, ask the team to confirm its impact rather than assuming the transfer will process normally.
