How to contact Infinity support

Use Contact Support where it appears in the dashboard, or email support@infinityapp.in. For a specific payment, open its transaction details first so you can identify the affected record.

Include your registered email, the transaction or invoice reference, the amount and currency, and a short explanation of what happened. For a delayed transfer, include the sending date and the payment reference provided by the payer. A cropped screenshot of the error can help.

Do not send passwords, email verification codes, card CVVs, or full card numbers. Share requested documents only through the channel the support team confirms.

Keep replies about the same issue in one conversation so the team can follow the history. If a request concerns changing bank details, updating business information, or closing an account, say so clearly; these actions can require additional verification.

For a suspected unauthorized transaction or account access, contact support immediately and secure your registered email account.
