How to export transactions
Export your transactions when you need records for reconciliation, bookkeeping, or a review with your accountant.
Export your transactions when you need records for reconciliation, bookkeeping, or a review with your accountant.
Open Transactions.
Select the relevant status tab and apply the Clients and Time period filters you need.
Select Export transactions.
Review any export options shown and complete the download.
Open the file and check its date range, row count, amounts, and currencies before using it.
Check the downloaded file’s format and coverage rather than assuming that every on-screen filter has carried into the export.
A transaction export is not necessarily the same as an official virtual-account statement. If you need a formal statement, request it from support and specify the account currency and reporting dates.
For accounting, reconcile exported totals against individual transactions and your Indian bank credits. Keep different currencies separate unless you have a defined conversion basis.
