How to manage an existing limit order

Use Current Limit Orders to review orders you have already created.

Use Current Limit Orders to review orders you have already created.

  1. Open Limit Order and select Current Limit Orders.

  2. Find the order by amount, rate, or invoice reference.

  3. Check its target rate and the created or expiry date shown.

  4. Use the edit or delete icon available beside the order if you need to make a change.

  5. Read the next screen carefully and confirm the result in the order list.

If the order has already executed, changing or deleting the original instruction may no longer be possible. Check Transactions before you attempt another withdrawal.

The order window states that orders stay active for 30 days. If the order disappears, check whether it executed, expired, or was removed rather than assuming the funds have reached your bank.

If the order looks active after the target was reached, contact support with the linked invoice and remittance details. Do not create repeated duplicate orders.
