How to receive Contra payouts through Infinity

Use the Contra guide in Connect to check whether your available Contra bank-payout option is compatible with your Infinity receiving account.

1. Open Infinity > Connect and select Contra.

2. Review the receiving currency and route recommended for your account.

3. In Contra, open your wallet and review the available payout methods.

4. Add or select the supported destination using the matching Infinity details, completing any verification requested by Contra.

5. Use Withdraw in Contra and review the payout details before confirming.

Contra’s help center describes withdrawing from the wallet to an available payout destination. The method’s availability depends on the account and region; the presence of a Contra guide does not guarantee that every foreign account or currency is accepted.

Keep the payout confirmation and follow receipt in Infinity. If the bank account is rejected or the requested fields do not match Infinity’s instructions, contact support before retrying with different details.
