How to receive Upwork payouts through Infinity

Use this setup when your Infinity USD receiving details support ACH and meet Upwork’s payout-account requirements.

1. In Infinity, open Global accounts > USD > ACH and copy your account information.

2. In Upwork, open Account settings > Withdrawals.

3. Under Withdrawal methods, select Add a method, then Set up beside Direct to U.S. Bank.

4. Enter your Infinity receiving details, choose the payment schedule, and continue with Next.

5. Complete Upwork’s confirmation and wait for the method to become active before withdrawing.

Upwork’s current guide states that a new method becomes active three days after confirmation and that the bank-account name must match your verified Upwork name. Resolve any name mismatch with Upwork.

After payout, keep the Upwork reference and track receipt in Infinity. Upwork fees and release schedules are separate from Infinity’s settlement process. For eligible Upwork payments, you can also review Infinity’s client auto-withdrawal setup.
