How to receive USD through Fedwire

Fedwire is a US domestic wire route. Choose it when your payer is making a supported domestic USD wire and needs wire-specific receiving instructions.

1. Open Global accounts, select USD, and choose FEDWIRE.

2. Copy all the details shown for that route.

3. Share them with the payer along with the invoice reference.

4. Ask the payer to verify the beneficiary and bank details before sending the wire.

5. Follow the payment in Infinity and keep the sender’s wire reference if a trace is needed.

The sender’s bank may apply its own fees and cut-off times. Check those before sending. Do not promise immediate INR settlement simply because a domestic wire has been initiated.

If the payer’s bank asks for information that is not on the FEDWIRE screen, contact Infinity support. Do not fill a missing field with an ACH value or guessed SWIFT code.
