Does a client need an Infinity account to pay

Your client does not need to create an Infinity account to make a card payment through a QuickLink. They open the link and use the payment page.

Send the client the correct link and enough invoice context to recognize the request. Ask them to check the business, amount, and currency before entering payment information.

The checkout or the client’s bank may ask for information or authentication needed to complete the transaction. “No Infinity account required” does not mean every card is automatically accepted or that bank verification can be skipped.

After payment, check the status in Infinity rather than relying only on a screenshot supplied by the payer. If the client cannot complete checkout, ask them to share the error text without exposing a full card number, CVV, password, or one-time code.
