How to share a QuickLink with your client
Send the link through a channel your client already uses, such as email, WhatsApp, SMS, or a messaging platform.
Send the link through a channel your client already uses, such as email, WhatsApp, SMS, or a messaging platform. Include enough context for them to recognize the payment request.
Copy the generated QuickLink from the relevant record.
Check that it belongs to the correct invoice and client.
Send the link with the invoice number, amount, currency, and a brief description.
Ask the client to review the payment page before paying.
For a client-specific invoice, share the link directly with the intended payer. Avoid posting a personalized invoice publicly, even though links can technically be shared through social media.
If you send a corrected request, make it clear which link the client should use. Check the original payment status before asking for a second payment.
Do not request card details over chat or email. The client should enter payment information only in the payment flow reached through the verified link.
