How to keep QuickLinks payment requests secure

Create payment links from your own Infinity account and send them with recognizable invoice context. The client should be able to check who is requesting payment, what it covers, and the amount and currency.

Ask clients to enter card information only in the payment checkout. Never request a CVV, banking password, or one-time authentication code by email, phone, or messaging app.

If someone sends a screenshot claiming payment, check Quick Links and Transactions directly before treating the invoice as paid. If a payment page or message looks suspicious, stop and contact support using a known channel.

When forwarding a link, verify that the full URL has not been replaced or shortened in a misleading way. Use the latest valid request if an invoice has been corrected.

Report a suspected fraudulent link with the relevant reference and a screenshot that does not expose sensitive payment credentials.
