Does Infinity hold customer funds

Infinity’s current website says that the platform does not store or hold customer funds and that transactions are processed through its licensed financial partners.

Your dashboard can still show receiving-account balances and payment stages. Those displays help you manage the payment process; they should not be interpreted as proof that Infinity itself accepts bank deposits or provides a general-purpose wallet with unlimited holding rights.

If you want to understand where funds are at a particular stage, open the transaction details and ask support for an explanation of the relevant partner and route. Check the terms that apply to your account.

Do not assume a displayed balance earns interest, has a particular deposit-insurance protection, or can be held indefinitely. Those are separate questions that require the applicable product and partner terms.

For an unrecognized or delayed payment, contact support with the reference so it can be traced.
