How Infinity uses data and how to request access or deletion

Infinity’s Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and shared to operate the service. This can include sharing with banks, service providers, and other parties for stated purposes and legal obligations.

To request access, correction, or deletion, contact support@infinityapp.in and explain the request. The team may need to verify your identity before acting. Do not include more sensitive information than the request requires.

Closing an account does not necessarily result in immediate deletion of every record. The policy describes retention for legal, regulatory, and other permitted purposes, including after closure.

For your own records, download available invoices, receipts, FIRAs, and transaction exports. These downloads may not constitute a full response to a personal-data access request.
