How to close or reopen your Infinity account

Request account closure or reopening through Infinity support. The public support FAQ says the team will guide you through the necessary steps.

Before requesting closure, review open payments, active invoice schedules, limit orders, and any connected platforms that still use your receiving details. Download the records you need and ask support how pending items will be handled.

Tell your clients and payout platforms when they should stop using the old instructions, based on the closure guidance you receive. Do not assume an account is closed simply because you stopped signing in.

For reopening, contact support and explain that you previously held an account. The team can confirm whether it can be reopened and whether updated information or verification is needed.

Account closure is separate from deleting every record. Data retention may continue where required by law or legitimate recordkeeping obligations described in the privacy policy.
