How to update your bank account or business details

Infinity’s support FAQ directs account changes through support. This includes changing the registered bank account and updating account details, business documents, or GST information.

1. Contact support@infinityapp.in from your registered email or use an available in-app support channel.

2. Explain the change, including whether it affects the legal name, address, bank account, or tax information.

3. Ask which documents and verification steps are required.

4. Provide the requested information through the confirmed channel.

5. Wait for confirmation and check the updated details before using them.

If a payment is already in progress, tell support immediately so the team can explain whether the change affects it. Do not assume a newly requested bank account will be used for a transfer that has already started.

Where necessary, update future invoices and notify clients of any approved change to receiving instructions.
