Who is eligible for an Infinity account

Infinity’s support FAQ says India-based independent professionals and business entities exporting goods or services to overseas customers can apply. Examples include companies, LLPs, sole proprietorships, and partnerships.

Eligibility is subject to Infinity’s terms, verification, supported business activities, and payment routes. An application is reviewed on its own facts, so another business using Infinity does not guarantee that your account or every proposed payment will be approved.

During onboarding, describe what you do, who pays you, and the nature of the payments accurately. Use the business type that matches your legal structure and submit the documents requested for it.

If your activity does not fit the available options or involves an unusual payment purpose, contact support before receiving money. Do not describe a personal transfer as business revenue or select a different industry merely to complete onboarding.
