How to manage client details and verification

Clients stores the customer information used for invoicing and payment records.

Clients stores the customer information used for invoicing and payment records. Keep it accurate as the relationship changes.

Open Clients and search by name, email, or address. Select the intended record and review the client type and address. The list shows status labels such as Active and Verifying. Use the client’s menu for the actions available in your account.

If the client’s name, email, or address needs correction, use the permitted edit action or ask support. Do not create multiple nearly identical records unless they represent different legal customers.

A client still marked Verifying may need additional review. Check for requests before assuming the record can be used in every payment flow.

When changing client details, review associated invoice and auto-withdrawal settings. An existing invoice should remain an accurate record of who was billed; do not silently change historical records to describe a different payer.
