How to get a virtual account statement

If you need an official statement for a global or virtual receiving account, request it through Infinity support. The support FAQ identifies this as a support-assisted request.

Include the account currency, the reporting period, your registered email, and the purpose of the request if relevant. Specify whether you need a formal account statement or simply a list of transactions.

For routine bookkeeping, Transactions also offers Export transactions. Check the downloaded file’s coverage before using it, because an export and a formal bank or virtual-account statement may contain different information.

When you receive the statement, verify the account, date range, and currency. Reconcile it against invoices, receipts, FIRAs, and your Indian bank credits as needed.

If a record is missing or incorrect, contact support with the specific transaction reference and date rather than changing the statement yourself.
