How to protect your account and report suspicious activity

Protect the email account used to access Infinity, keep your device updated, and use the official dashboard or app. Do not share one-time codes, passwords, or remote access to your device with someone who contacts you unexpectedly.

Check unfamiliar payment requests and bank-detail changes through a trusted channel. If a message claims to be from Infinity, verify it using the contact information in the dashboard or official website.

If you notice an unrecognized transaction, unexpected login activity, or a suspicious request for documents, contact support immediately. Include the relevant reference, time, and a brief description. Preserve evidence without including secret credentials.

Secure your email account and any affected device. If your bank or card is involved, contact that provider as well.
