How to resolve email verification or sign in problems

The current signup page says Infinity sends a verification code to your email. If you do not receive it, first check that the email address is correct and that you can access that inbox.

Check spam or junk folders and any mail filters. Use the resend option if the sign-in screen provides one, and follow the validity period shown. If you requested several codes, use the most recent one and avoid repeated requests while the service is still processing.

If the page fails to load, check your connection and try the official dashboard again. Do not follow an unsolicited login link from an unfamiliar sender.

For a persistent issue, contact support with the registered email and the error message. Do not send the verification code itself.

If you suspect someone else has access to your email or Infinity account, secure your email account and contact support immediately.
